Canada
Canada is the second largest country in the world by size just after Russia. Despite its size, Canada is one of the most sparsely populated countries in the world. Despite being relatively few in number, Canadians have created what many observers consider to be a model multicultural society, welcoming immigrants from all over the world. Canada boasts breathtaking scenery, including vast forests, pristine lakes and picturesque coastlines that attract millions of tourists each year.
The capital of the country is Ottawa, other major cities include Toronto, Montreal, and Vancouver. Canada is officially bilingual in English and French, reflecting the country's history as a territory once disputed by two of Europe's greatest powers. It also has a rich Native American heritage, which has become increasingly important in recent decades.
